Located in the serene and exclusive area of Morgantown, Gulf Shores, AL, our tranquil coastal retreat offers beautifully furnished accommodations, making it the perfect beach getaway for families and friends alike! Golf Cart Friendly Community!

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

☀ This house is on stilts so their are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.

☀ Both community pools are open year round and the smaller of the 2 community pools is heated. The pool has an electric heater and is set at 85 degrees when being heated. Please note that although 85 degrees is warm, it is not hot tub temperatures (99-102 degrees) and when outdoor temperatures fall below 50 degrees the pool heater will shut off to avoid overheating.
