☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
☀ This house is on stilts so their are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.
☀ Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements

Gorgeous home with plenty of room for our family. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool and the boat slip was an extra bonus!
This house was amazing! The location was great and we absolutely loved the private dock and boat slip. We used it everyday! Check-in was great and we were able to get in an hour early. We had one mishap with the door code a couple days in and Madison was quick to respond and solve the issue. We would definitely stay here again!
Madison and Cody were so kind to not only give us recommendations prior to our trip, but also helped put our mind at ease with navigating some tropical storm threats during our stay to determine when we should safely travel home. Their home was so nice and clean and the neighborhood felt very family friendly and super safe. The pool was the best (especially for our kids 8 and 4) for when the beaches were closed during the storm, but the weather was still nice enough to be outdoors. The location is very convenient, but we didn’t feel like the walk to the beach was doable with little kids in 95 degree heat on a very busy road, so we drove to the public beach parking about a half mile away and it was no big hassle. We would highly recommend for a family get away!
