My husband and I personally manage this property and are happy to assist you with anything that you need during your stay. Welcome to the luxurious Pelican Place Community. This beautiful development is ideally located only than 100 feet away from beach access, with a pedestrian crosswalk, Guests will enjoy the heated community pool and being near great restaurants and attractions!

☀ Pool is heated (November 1-March 1) and open year round

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

☀ This house is on stilts so there are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.
